Using this app for Clash of Clans. The only thing I'd like to see is a zoom-out function, as sometimes I need to draw at the top of my screen shots, and the menu gets in the way.

This app is the best I could find to annotate photos, but it has not been updated since October 2015, so don't expect any support from the developers. It still works fine for me most of the time. Very worth getting if you are an Evernote user.

This app is great. helps me add or delete photo and graphic details I need to send to my contractor/builder. Excellent choice!

It is my understanding that this app is no longer under development, and has dropped all support, but it is arguable the easiest and simplest app of its kind for quickly marking up pics and screen caps to share. Love it. It's also nice how it syncs up with Evernote.
