Love it - abandonware? – Skitch - Snap. Mark Up. Send. Review

This app is the best I could find to annotate photos, but it has not been updated since October 2015, so don't expect any support from the developers. It still works fine for me most of the time. Very worth getting if you are an Evernote user.
