I love the look of the app. But adding markup from the share sheet extension just doesn't work at all and they've had the same animation bug for saving to photos for the past two years.

Works well when you want to annotate a screenshot on your phone by underlining or circling text, drawing arrows, adding text and cropping. The built-in tools automatically keep lines straight. For drawing by hand or advanced features use Enlight. Would like to see and advanced option for more colors.

Skitch is an ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL app! It takes the theory of "A picture is worth 1,000 words" to 10,000 words! Seriously, Skitch is the GREATEST TOOL for pictures mark-ups or adding Visio-style shapes on top, call-outs, arrows, boxes, and much more for both business or pleasure. You can add nicely styled, and adjustable arrows of all different colors, thickness, size, text-boxes, custom drawings, full color & options plentiful on anything in your stored pictures using your keyboard or your finger. Skitch does what it says, looks even better in action and can be as professional or as fun as you want. Skitch is not for toddlers, but I DO mean it's just about for all ages with it's simplistic interface and it's the best all-around, rich app you could want for it's purpose. No two thoughts about it. Skitch is my go-to image mark-up app when I can show an image and point something out with a few words or an arrow, circle, etc and be done in seconds. Use it once and Skitch will be on your home-screen as an ESSENTIAL APP! One more important thing...! After you use Skitch and love it, send a message or Tweet to Evernote telling them how much you love #Skitch. See, they own Skitch, and for the moment are continuing to keep Skitch alive for iOS devices. They already stopped releasing and supporting Skitch for other handhelds. So PLEASE send Evernote a love letter about Skitch and maybe they'll re-enliven development. It's just way too important of an app to be on the chopping block, and if Evernote knows from it's users, there is just no other better reason to keep Skitch alive! At worst, we'll promote Skitch's value to a potential new owner and that's pretty great also! Thank you and enjoy!

Was hoping for a good iPad pro annotation app ... lag in the pencil and odd character recognition/selection makes for very awkward and unusable handwriting functionality.

Loved this app...until I got the iPhone X

This desperately needs an update; come on Evernote. Get it together. I use this app for work every day and now it’s broken. Pleaseeee fix it.
