I travel to Europe a couple time a year. The first time I rented with Sixt was about eight years ago. The service was fantastic, the car superb and the price was great, so I used them again on my next trip. Fast forward eights years... Sixt is the only car rental agency I use. I have consistently received excellent service, great cars and the best prices. Sixt gets my highest recommendation.

Always treated professional and friendly by all Sixt staff. Vehicles have been very nice at a reasonable price. Excellent selection of vehicles.

I used their service and rented a Jaguar. They have the best luxury cars. Their customer service was phenomenal. I would use their service again.

disappointed/again
This company increase the price of my rental by $90.00. I complained and they treated me as if I were trying to pull a fast one on them. I went through a red party to schedule my rental. I did not get my email or deleted it in error so prior to my trip I called sixt to confirm my reservation. They confirmed my reservation but at more money than I was quoted. I cancelled the reservation because I will not do business with a company that is not reputable. They still made me pay for 3 days but in my opinion they are the losers in the long run. I will be very vocal in my opinion of them and I certainly hope people will listen. If I could give them a -10 I would. They don’t even deserve a 1.
