How does this work?
no one really cars
I have been on the phone with Sirius radio reps for about 4 hours over the last two days trying to get my service resumed... all of the apologies from the reps & two managers still have not resolved my issues. I have been a customer since 2011 and love the product but the technical support leaves something to be desired. I wish that I was not writing a negative review but dread getting back on the phone trying to reconnect to my sonos system ?

Helpful app when it works. Unfortunately it usually doesn’t. Sirius staff not super helpful when calling in either. “If it doesn’t work this time, just call us back.” How about fix the product.
Sick of being hounded
rude sales pitch
I just purchased a new car, it has a year trial from Sirius that goes with it. I had to cancel the yr subscription I just paid for and got the refund. No problems connecting to the new car. But every since I bought the new car I’ve been hounded with ph calls every day and some days 2 calls. Net by pleasant people. They claim to want to help with setup. The real deal is they are already hounding about signing up for next year. I’m 73, if I’m alive and still able to drive I might sign up again but if the keep hounding me I won’t. Also when I bought the cat I sign a paper opting out of call such as this. Lot of good that did.

There is a problem with the app and it’s embarrassing as every time you send a Signal and tells you that it’s successful not working customer calls back send again and again at the end have to call the number to give them the free trial. That is a waste of time
