How does this work? – SiriusXM Dealer Review

I have been on the phone with Sirius radio reps for about 4 hours over the last two days trying to get my service resumed... all of the apologies from the reps & two managers still have not resolved my issues. I have been a customer since 2011 and love the product but the technical support leaves something to be desired. I wish that I was not writing a negative review but dread getting back on the phone trying to reconnect to my sonos system ?
