Customers really appreciate the opportunity and preview and had more than a few sign up because they were able to tryout the Sirius plan.

Never activated correctly if at all. Dealer support is rude and will not connect you to a supervisor. Their supervisor is always unavailable. Horrible service.

Very disappointed, this application continues to fail me when I try to turn XM on for my customers. Not only Des appointing for me but much worse for the customer.

Rarely does that app work for us. Customer support has us uninstall and reinstall more times than we have ever had too. When it works it is 5-Star but rarely works for our dealership
Can’t find other devices; iPhone or iPad to select

I just enrolled to use this app for my iPhone and iPad and cannot connect to either, why! ? I went to the page to select my devices and only vehicle or radio is present. Please help in connecting to my devices above. I did not receive a PIN number to enter, either.
