I’ve installed this app and part of the verification process is for me to receive an email. No emails received after 5 attempts including following the Alternate Verification process. Not cool at all! No account mean no ability to use the app.

I've been using simple commands for my and ring with Alexa. It's finicky to program and not as intuitive as live key. Since the AWS outage it cannot link with Alexa. Not sure if it's Alexa or Simple Commands and I teooiterd it to Alexa support but my written reports to simple command don't get any answer.. It's a shame because it could be a real winner. Support seems to be invisible

Now, the app requires a login every time you open it. If I want to send a simple command to ANY device in my home why would I spend the extra time it takes to login to this app first? A 2 second command becomes 20 or more. Give me a break!

Unreliable. It just worked 1 time for opening the door. Closing the door doesn’t work at all.

I must be the stupidest person alive, I can’t figure out how to set the app up on my Apple Watch. This is incredibly frustrating. After several minutes, of getting nowhere, I ended up uninstalling the app.
BUG REPORT - Cannot connect devices

The app does not show the menu bar at the bottom so I cannot complete setting up my devices. I’ve tried your app on multiple Apple devices and they’re all the same with no menu at the bottom. I’ve also sent in a Request from the app along with screenshots.

The concept is good and it works when you’re logged in. However, the app doesn’t stay logged in so it doesn’t activate MyQ to open the garage. I’d have to open simple commands and log in EVERY TIME I’m approaching my house in order for it to trigger simple commands —> MyQ. That’s the dumbest method. It be easier just to open the MyQ app, or go real old school and click the remote above my head in the car.
