Once a great app

Now, it’s traveled back in time. The last update “fixed” the watch issue. What it didn’t fix was the login issue. I have to login every day. Also, geofencing is what I predominantly use the app for. When I get close to home, the garage door opens, alarm disarms, back door unlocks, and the lights turn on where I enter the house. Or, at least it used to! Now that location is broken, it’s useless. I have to open the phone, go into the app, go to routines, click the routine, then execute. That is IF I’m not logged out! Most software development goes forward. This is going completely in the wrong direction!

This was a really good app when it actually worked with my Apple Watch. Now it won’t sync and it is useless on my watch. Please fix this issue and it will be worth 4-5 stars.

Glad you brought apple watch back but maybe now you could actually make it work? No watch or phone restart or reinstall work.

Watch app and ecobee

Watch app is working pretty well. However the Ecobee AC is not coming up correctly on the watch it is coming up as a switch?

Everything was fine before. Now, my app logs me out every few days. Not sure why? The second issue is that in “Alexa, Home Status”, the garage door information does not show up at all. Very frustrating when the updated app is backwards.

I just updated to latest version and now all the app does is to say you need to update. Can’t even get passed this message. I AM updated so now what??? Such a shame was working like a dream for opening Chamberlain MyQ garage doors. Now it’s worthless.

Does not work anymore with new IOS. I loved this app for years. It was so nice to be able to turn my lights, and many other devices, on and off with my watch; however, it does not work anymore! I have deleted it, rebooted everything, etc. I cannot get it to work. UPDATE 10/10/2020 I gave this a one star because it stopped working after updating to the latest iOS. I use it with my TP Link switches mostly and have used it since the Apple 3 watch first came out. I love this app when it works, and I now have it working. I had to completely wipe the entire app clean and reload everything from scratch. It actually works better than ever. The font is bigger and easier to use. I have a new watch now and the response time between commands is crazy fast. I don’t know if it is the watch or the new OS, but it works great. Sorry for the misleading one star review due to my own frustration.

UI Only Partially Accessible

Though this app has great potential and can be used on a limited basis with Voice Over, you will find the UI quite cumbersome and confusing. The main drawback is that with Voice Over running you cannot access the “Main” tab and therefore cannot utilize it’s full capabilities. Hopefully the Developer will address this problem since blind people such as myself could make good use of its functionality if we were given the consideration.

This app has single-handedly used up hours and hours of my life which I will never get back… I really wanted it to work, However the communication with Alexa is a joke and additionally the continuous request to sign in is maddening… It doesn’t work. All I wanted to do was to be able to ask her to open the garage door. It does not work with my q This is really a shame and whoever developed this app Needs to fix it ASAP or delete it and stop wasting everybody’s time
