Confirmation on Payment locks up application

Please fix your application. When I submit my payment on the Mobile application (iPhone 7), I get a confirmation pop-up that cannot be interacted with. It says my bill has successfully been paid, has an "ok" option, but it's not clickable. So it just locks up the whole application. I think the app and business is really great - I've never had issues with the business at all. In fact I think it's great - they've really solved a lot of issues for me when it comes to living with a lot of roommates (8 in one house for 3 years). I highly recommend Simple Bills if you take a moment to set it up correctly the first time. This application is also great for making payments whenever I need! I think it's very convenient, and recommend it highly. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars for fixing this app.

Simple bills. What a great idea. Now we can be lazy on the app and squeeze as much money out of our customers as possible. The app should be smoother, and you shouldn’t have to sign in when you click on it. It shouldn’t crash or not respond to your touch. You should not charge people to keep a debit on file. You should not charge that much to confirm a card the first time. You should not force customers to use companies that will raise their utilities costs exorbitantly. Like from 60 to 130 dollar per person with almost the same usage. I would encourage everyone to avoid simple bills and/or put pressure on them until they put their greed in check a bit. Then it’ll be great! P.S. you know it is a red flag when their are mostly 5 star “reviews” and 1 star reviews. I do think some of the 5’s are legit, don’t get me wrong, but just take that into consideration as well. (Scam! To Simple Bills is a no brainer)

Simple Bills is a great app in theory, it’s super easy to use and a great way to pay your utility bill. However, they charge you 3 extra dollars a month to keep a card on file and then have additional “monthly fees” on top of that. Why charge me an extra 8 dollars every month? My $17 dollar utility bill every month is now $25 and that’s not easy to pay for as a full time college student working a crappy part time job. Also, every time I pay my bill, a notification pops up to let me know my bill has been paid, but when you try to press “OK” the app freezes and you have no other option but to force close it. It seems from all of these reviews too that the company never gets back to their customers about complaints either, so that’s great.
