Sign up Page has Issues. Can't speak for Rest of the App

Seems like it could be a great company. I can't say I know though because I can't get started. It keeps shutting down before I finish filling out minimal information. This app needs work.. that wasn't even the only issue on the sign up page, just the biggest one.

I was signing up for a new account when it kept crashing on me when I got to the roommate part of the sign up. Thinking it was my iOS 10 beta, I switched to an iOS 9 device and had the same issue. Once I got to this review page, I noticed two other reviews that are almost a month old about the same issue! Thinking about not using Simple Bills now..

This is the prime example of a company that uses its leverage to tack on fees and corner people that are forced to use its system. They charge $3/MONTH to leave your card info on the site, which isnt a big deal to log on every month and throw it on just make sure you delete it at the end of every month. If you want to do autopay it is $3/month as well. They really arent here to help, all about money

Endless trouble. They didn't pay my bill on time in multiple occasions. I nearly had my power turned off twice. I canceled my account

Customer service is terrible can not give me a straight answer tells me I could be charged electricity a day after I moved out of my apartment or an entire month I asked them for a specific date of when I will for sure not be charged electricity any longer they have no explanation for my question and no explanation for their stupidity

I used this service because my apartment complex forced me too and ended up paying $80 bills for a single month and the last month they charge you an "estimated" bill which is so high even when I didn't live there for the last two months. They refuse to show you the actual electric bill for your complex and failed to split the bill evenly. Please avoid this $4/month service if you can because it is just a big scam.

This app is so flawed it's so frustrating. It won't allow me to renew my service. Whenever I go to try to renew it says that there's an error. This has been ongoing for about a month now. I've tried to contact customer service and that was also a waste of my time. I never felt like my problem was truly addressed and question answered.

Beware.....they will not communicate anything to you as to when your account is open, they will charge your card even after you cancel. They don’t care if you cancel they will do whatever they want and it will go on your credit. I’m not sure how these people are even in business. They are so unethical it’s insane. ALSO THE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE A SCAM AS WELL. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!! Apple should be ashamed!

They randomly charge you

They will randomly charge you even if you don’t have a monthly withdrawal set up and if you cancel your account they can STILL charge you if a bill goes unpaid or messed up. In my case one of my utilities wrongly charged simplebills for a bill I had already paid, but simplebills let them charge them and then withdrew $220 from my account even though I had cancelled their services 3 months prior. Had paid bills without their service for months and then they charge me for something out of the blue and told me to contact the utilities company. Was absolutely no help
