I used simple bills for just under a year. Our apartment consisted of 4 roommates and some how Simple Bills could not get the idea that our bills are split up into 1/4ths. Every month we had a ratio issue and this was beyond complicated to them when trying to correct their issues. Save yourself the head ache and set up your bills directly to your providers. Can’t believe I gave them a star

Beware they randomly charge you fees. They have dirty greedy fees like charging you $3 to have your card on file. Like what the hell? Im already going to pay through you. So I shouldnt have my card on file? How else will I pay? Second of all the customer services seems to be a group of monkeys on their first day of job. They dont know what the hell is happening with your account and end up giving a straight copy and paste answer to your concerns. Setting it up isnt simple AT ALL and they will NOT HELP YOU.

Every time I pay a bill & the “Your payment pop up” appears it freezes. Does not allow me to click okay. The payment does go through.

My college made us use this disgusting filthy trashbag app, TO ANYONE READING THIS DONT EVER DOWNLOAD AND USE THIS APP, THISCOMPANY IS A SCAM, THEY OVERCHARGE FOR UTILITIES AND EVEN CHARGE YOU WHEN EVERYTHING IS SHUT OFF. I hope everyone working at this company gets cancer and dies.
