This app has unexpectedly brought me a greater sense of peace of mind and deep relaxation. I downloaded this app just out of curiosity of what it might be, but what I have discovered is priceless. I’ve long struggled with anxiety and the options within this app to help with my struggles are endless. The options for length, category, and situation are all extremely beneficial in personalizing how you meditate. I find great comfort in the slow and soothing voices and the techniques to calm your mind and body. I would 100% recommend this app for anyone interested in practicing mindfulness or feeling whole again - in both mind and body.


Excellent app thus far, just wish it were iPad optimized!

I am more relaxed without my cell phone around, which is more likely to ping with a notification and disrupt things (I know, I know... Do Not Disturb). But also my iPad Pro is super fast and stands up nicely by itself, but... the app is sideways in that configuration (come on, Apple)... so that is a bit of a bummer. Still, the app is amazing because the meditation guidance quality, from what I have experienced so far, is above and beyond what I have experienced in other apps (I used Calm quite a bit, but haven’t been meditating as much recently). Simple Habit has me getting back into my groove and then some, with guidance so good and varied (Before An Interview... Single And Happy... etc.) you really start to look forward to the whole experience, not just the clarity and focus that comes after. Excited to keep up the Simple Habit in 2018, and looking forward to the iPad app! ;-)


Panic attacks

Hi there, I want to share my experience. I move from my original country and it was harder that I imagined. I never felt panic attacks before. This app helps me to focus on my daily life and be calm with some of their techniques. Of course I'm taking other steps has trying to sleep and eat healthy. Also I do meditation meetings and excersise. Each person is different hopefully it helps you too.

What I love is that it doesn't command me to do anything, it suggests, guides and encourages... which works perfectly for me. I have an aversion to being commanded, even if for my own good. Speaking of good, I feel great even after just 5 min. Meditation is something I've always known I should do with my stressful lifestyle but even 5 min at a time has been so beneficial for me. Thank you so much for making this easy for me. I look forward to seeing what a life with regular meditation can be like for me. Ann Marie

Not sure how I found it

But I’m happy I did. I didn’t think I had 5 minutes a day. But after 7 days. I’m up to more like 20 and I nap. The best part is I feel like my days move slower in the sense I still get as much done but I don’t feel rushed.
