Love it, this game is a great submarine simulator. It's easy to imagine your a real submarine commander in the last Great War. I am addicted to this game. There are a few bug issues so hopefully there will be an update soon. It would be nice if there was resupply points on the map so you can refuel, rearm, and stay out on patrol longer. I would also love to use those 2 AA guns that are on the boat...love this game

This is the sub game I was looking for. Similar to the '688 Attack Sub' from the old Sega Genesis system. This is NOT one of those dorky side scroller games, this is 3D submarine hunter play where you go out after tankers, freighters, warships and try to sink them before they find you. You have camera control and can also pan around underwater. There is room for updates and upgrades, but for now this game is worth the money. It's a WWII environment and you go out on patrol. The time scale is awesome! If it's going to take a few hours to get somewhere you just speed up the time scale to get there quicker, then drop down to real time when you are ready. I like the camera controls that allow you to zoom in to identify your target. This is the most realistic action and time play sub simulator around. No goofy mermaids or silly side scroller stuff, just a good old fashioned war simulator using sub tactics like diving, turning, surfacing, firing the deck gun or launching torpedoes and making it back to base for a refit or resupply. I was nervous about buying this but now I'm glad I did!

THIS IS THE SIMULATOR OF THE APP STORE! Please get this! One of the most detailed games in the App Store and only getting better, the team is extremely nice and always looking to improve the game! Must play game for the price!

Great start don't stop.

One of the best sub games on a phone I've ever come across. Please develop the game some more. Here's a idea allow for a crew to man the deck gun. I can't rang the gun to save my life. Here's another. Allow for the captain to manage crew assignments for repairs. Just a thought.

I just spent $8 on this app so I'm going to review it like crazy. I like that in enough ways it is reminiscent of silent hunter but it is missing realism. Sonar tactics are missing. No special officers to delegate work. I.e depth below keel, targeting, navigation tactics. I wish I could dictate priority for repairs like conning tower over aft torpedoes. In one session I disabled a battleship, was in turn disabled by a destroyer and made it back to port to have repairs. I found the same battleship floating at zero knots (luckily) and took it down. However, not only did it not defend itself during my surface attack (it could have easily killed me) but it was left undefended by the destroyers that were originally escorting it. A duck in the water that took a dozen shells from 300 yards. So there just seems to be some real but basic submarine warfare realism missing.

Can't save games with new update unless you play through

I came to the review section to mention that I don't play anymore because of the new saves. If I need to answer a text or anything else I lose all progress. I used to play at work between projects but now, unless I intend to ignore all emails, texts, called etc in my phone while I finish the game I lose all progress. I really enjoyed the game but it is not playable anymore.

The game is great. Great graphics, great gameplay, but this latest update makes nothing work. Just wanted to let y'all know so you could fix it. I really do like how things are going with this game though. Thank you

Today's update rendered the game inoperable

Cool sim - like others have said - very similar to old PC sub sims. Recent updates have been welcome, but for some reason today's update wrecked the app. The boat has no name, cannot leave port and the nav map is completely black. I hope this gets fixed soon.
