The Daily Lotto causes the game to crash, so that’s no longer part of the game. I’ve been playing for years, and almost nothing has changed. I have everything maxed out without spending a dime. I’m starting to wonder why I play anymore.

Cool game except when it has a bug. Support is non-existent. Current bug is every time I click on Jackpot tavern, the game crashes and closes. Reinstalling, shutting down, rebooting, nothing has fixed it. Click on their app support and you get generic fixes that have never worked for other tech issues in the past and don’t work now. Been a problem for about three days now. Let’s see how long it takes them to fix this bug. 10/28/2019 Still crashes when I try to launch Jackpot tavern. 10/31/2019 Jackpot Tavern still not fixed. The same message every time, no Internet connection. Even though everything else on my phone works just fine with the connections with cellular or Wi-Fi this game will not load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled still not working. I’ve got no reply from support at Gameloft’s website. Can’t submit a ticket through the game, and the links for submitting through the website or Facebook Lead to a 404 page not found error. I have now uninstalled all of Gameloft’s games from my phone except for this one to see if they will fix it before I continue supporting them…
Worst game I’ve played in quite awhile

Any game where you immediately have to pay for things is never good. I will spend money on games, but when you have to spend at the beginning it means you will have to pay a lot to advance. If you have to pay before you know if you like it its always bad. Make a good product change what you want but ask for money just to try it tells two thing 1) you don’t believe in this game 2) your a group of money grubbing a holes

Most textures are bugged out and not smooth. Only certain buildings have HD textures, but everything else looks like crap
