Awful support – Siegefall Review

Cool game except when it has a bug. Support is non-existent. Current bug is every time I click on Jackpot tavern, the game crashes and closes. Reinstalling, shutting down, rebooting, nothing has fixed it. Click on their app support and you get generic fixes that have never worked for other tech issues in the past and don’t work now. Been a problem for about three days now. Let’s see how long it takes them to fix this bug. 10/28/2019 Still crashes when I try to launch Jackpot tavern. 10/31/2019 Jackpot Tavern still not fixed. Crashes whenever I click on it. 11/3/2019 Jackpot Tavern still not fixed. 11/7/2019 Jackpot tavern fixed 11/20/2019
