Every time I close out of a photo the screen goes black. The app does not respond until after closing out and reopening.

Times are not syncing to iPhone calendar correctly. They are off by 5 hours. How do I fix this?

Omg the worst user experience and frustrating as heck to use. It doesn’t show all the shared sites and is buggy. Terrible functionality. The. Worst.
Glitchy and unusable 80% of the time

About 80% of the time I open the app it doesn’t recognize my login and gives an error when I click the reset password link. So I can’t access the site when I need to. Then, unprovoked, it will work fine the other 20% of the time with the same login and password I’ve been using the whole time. Multiple resets, delete app/redownloads have not helped. It will probably give an error when I submit this review.
Wishing uploading wasn’t so time consuming.

Love Shutterfly!! The only thing is inputting lots of pictures at a time is painful and very time consuming.

This app could be so good but it does not coordinate with my iPhone!! Address ana calendars can not be imported to my calendar so very not useful app!!
Picture upload is awful

I’ve used Shutterfly for years and lately the picture upload process is just awful. It won’t let you select more than a certain amount of pictures. Selecting the actual pictures is annoying. You used be able to drag and select multiple photos at a time, now you have to go one by one and most of the time when you have to tap the photo multiple times in order for it to actual select the picture. The ironic part is this is a photo company.
