Unable to log into the app now

I restored my iPhone back up to a new iPhone and now I can’t log into the app. It gives an error stating it the pw and username don’t match. I am able to log into the website on my PC and access my share sites. Even dried re-installing the application. Hope this gets fixed soon.

A poor imitation of team snap. Stopped allowing access after a week just when the season started. Won’t even allow me to create a new account, changing password doesn’t help. Seemed to be a good idea but execution is lacking considerably. Shutterfly should stick with something they do well...which is an online photo bank.

Great for viewing photos! Not for printing. Should not be this difficult to maneuver to print photos. Currently you must copy the album/photos to the actual Shutterfly site then print them. You cannot do that from a cell phone. Also, unable to create a photo book in this way as well. I love Shutterfly in general but this needs work.
