Stopped Adding New Shows

As of January 2022, I can no longer add new shows to my list. I can search and find them, but them remain greyed out with not picture and cannot be clicked on or added. If not for this, I’d give it 4 stars. I’d give it 5 if it showed me what channel and/or streaming service I could view the show on.

Loved this app until the last few days. Like others, this app has been unchecking random episodes; I’ve corrected them twice and today I’m getting “new” on all my shows and there are no episodes listed. Not happy at all. Update 11/21/19 - WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS APP? THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Update 1/5/2022 - has completely stopped working - can’t add any shows. Completely worthless and a waste of my money. Shame on the developer(s).

Used for years & used to work great. Loved it. Sometimes shows were slow to load but they would load. Used to use at least once a week, minimally. The shows in the search stopped loading completely within the past week or so. I have the most up to date iPhone & I even deleted & reinstalled the app. Now my old data will not sync (I’m signed in & paid for Trakt) and nothing loads when searching.

I love this app, it’s amazing, but for the last couple months I haven’t been able to add a show. So I finally decided to delete and reinstall it but it didn’t fix the problem and now all my tract shows won’t load into the app either so it’s useless. Wish they would fix it!

I love the app, keeps me up to date. But now it not working at all. All my shows have disappeared. Help.

the development & support has stopped a long time ago … now finally the connection to track.tv (required to sync your shows or just add new ones) is completely ceased !

App was just updated to fix the issue that was happening with adding new shows. When this app is working it is easily my favorite app for tracking shows, so I hope it stays working. I would easily pay for this app again so long as I don’t have to use the other tv tracking apps available on the store. It’s set up in a great way to organize shows I want to watch, shows I’m actively watching, shows I’ve started but dropped at some point, and finished shows.

ThisHas the potential to be a great app, but unfortunately when you mark off a show that you’ve seen, it does not stay. Then you come back and things you marked off are marked is on scene. They tried at one. Two correct that problem by syncing it with Trak.tv but that apparently has failed also. I’m very disappointed in what should be a wonderful app that is in reality very bad at having the shows that you have marked off stay that way. If they keep reappearing as unseen, then what is the point of the app?
