Last week I ordered from another grocery store on the recommendation of a friend. My complete order was wrong I got things that I would never in 1 million years eat or order. I think I may have even gotten a spam. It was so confusing and disorganized not to mention much more expensive I will never leave ShopRite again! Jessie 5
Missing sale item.

The circular has Scott towels mega 6 pack for $3.99, but it cannot be found in the digital array either online or on my phone. I’ve wasted a lot of time trying to find this sale item.

Over the past month something has changed with this app when you try to click through the circularIt will not allow you to click on an item to view it or to purchase it and it’s extremely extremely annoying there was nothing wrong with the app before the update and then after it’s updated it’s broken.It’s best to listen to your consumers that are using this app to make your company money if it isn’t broken don’t fix it it wasn’t broken don’t fix it leave it alone now it’s a mess again this is the second time Ive seen this happen. before you release an update make sure you check it yourself to make sure it’s not broken ? really annoying !!!

This app asked the user to add each coupon separately. That is a waste of time. Why can’t the coupons be added automatically and applied to the items if the item is purchased. Bad design.

Not the most friendly website. When something is out of stock only a few items are offered alternatives; and then the alternatives don’t even make sense. For instance, I’ll ask for honey crisp apples - out of stock. Not asked would you like Macintosh or …. Or …. So I guess I the entire store there wasn’t t one apple! And now that I want to send the review, I’m waisting more time trying to sending it with all the nick names I write say taken. Ridiculous

I have requested several times for an issue with the circular to be fixed over the last several weeks. Still unresolved. Unable to shop online from the circular without going in and out one item at a time
