My daughter just started playing this a few days ago. For the most part it’s fun but, on three separate occasions now, when she has “purchased” a Shopkin using the coins she has so diligently saved, she gets the SAME SHOPKIN. That’s right, she’s bought the same one FOUR TIMES AND COUNTING. Four of the same one in less than a week! What’s even more frustrating is that there doesn’t seem to be ANY place in the app to communicate with the programmers to resolve the issue. It’s a cute game overall but now she doesn’t want to waste her time with it if she just gets the same Shopkin over and over.

This is a fun game but it is very aggravating that after a certain point it will not save anything! It doesn’t save shopkins or the level that I am on. I even bought some gems to reach a new level and wanted to see if it would save but nope! I would not waste time or money on this game as you cannot ever reach and stay on a new level.

I can’t believe I have been in this game since last year.

I kept wondering why my daughter never progressed to a higher level and then I started playing the game for her. After I leave the game for a bit and come back after my lives have accumulated again my score keeps going back to some point in level 4!! I’ve made it to level 6 a few times now. I’ve also used my coins to purchase another shopkin but that didn’t save either!! Not too happy. If it wasn’t for that the game would be fine.
