Resets
Millennial Mother
This game resets constantly and I have to start over from the beginning. How can I save it? Help?

I worked soooo hard to build up my shopkins to their millionth levels, I bought 100 gems to get that third helper, I switch to another app then switch back and GONE. EVERYTHING GONE. Didn’t even get to use my gems. This game does not require a login so it doesn’t save anything once the app gets closed. VERY UPSET. Idk how to even attempt to get my money back.

I love all of it but when I’m trying to get my Shopkins and it’s so hard it took me five minutes one time just take a photo of one of them and I thought the chef could game is when you took your take your chef club Shopkins and you would make food out of them not a bubble game but overall I love it.
Fun but I keep losing data

I love playing this game but the problem is that I keep having stuff reset and I JUST got a new shopkin and now it is GONE. I'm very disappointed because it took SO LONG to get 3,000 coins and I lost all of the progress. Please fix this bug.

I bought this game because I love shopkins and had lots of fun playing it. I then closed out of the app and later came back to continue playing only to find out that it had restarted the whole game. I was rather upset and dissolved with this game. Anyway if anyone reads this review and gets this game, keep it on or you will have to start over.

It makes me feel sick just writing this review but I have to say SOMETHING! About my problem I do not know if it is because of my device or something but every time I log out of the shopkin’s game and swipe it up ⬆️. The next time I log in it makes me start all over again! For example I have two helper shopkins and have completed a lot of achievements... I log out of the game and swipe it up ⬆️ and the next time I enter BOOM ?! All my achievements and shopkins disappeared. PLEASE! Let me know if this is probably my device or if I can do something to fix it or if you can update the app. Just you, The person who is reading ? this right now makes me feel a little bit better knowing that someone is actually reading this. Thank you

Dont bother downloading this game. Every time my daughter plays and closes out the game, the game wont save no matter what you do. Its a complete waste of time. She spent over an hour leveling up her shopkins and buying them with the coins she earned just to have them all disappear when she plays again. Shes done with it. Its incredibly frustrating.
