I paid over $10.00 for my daughter to unlock more Shopkins and the next day she was back to level 2 and all her Shopkins were GONE!!! Such a waste of money!!!

Paid for gems, turned off the game, and the gems were gone the next time I played....

Scanning shopkins thing doesn’t work and when playing the app crashes either when selecting to watch the adds for extra seconds to play or for a free turn to play again. I’d hate to spend real money to get coins when it crashes you loose your coins and stuff. It’s 2018 why are we having these issues with the game crashing? It’s frustrating!! I got so mad I’m writing this review and your welcome.
