Could be more user friendly

I would like to order a dishwasher with installation, but I am unable to locate this option. When I use the app provided information to call for help with my order, when I choose the right options I am given a recording and told to call during normal business hours - but this is 5:30 pm central time and the app states that order help is available by phone 9a-9p eastern - so this is well within normal business hours. When I intentionally chose help with phone and tv orders the rep immediately transferred me to a line that disconnected me again. I just want to make a purchase. It is unfortunate you’ve made it so difficult to use your app or online ordering service.
Smartphone list not accessible from iOS app

Not Able to access smartphone catalogue in Samsung Shop from the iOS app. Any reason why it is blocked? Otherwise, the app is smooth.

I don’t get this app??? Where is the mobile phone section??? I want to browse the phone section and no where to be found! What a epic failed app!

I wanted to pre-order galaxy note 10 but when I was trying to look for smartphones on the app it does not show up . Looking at the app I think I am good with my iPhone.

I took off a star due to the fact that phones are nowhere to be found on the app. However, my pre-order for a Note 10+ shows up in My Orders.

Generally easy. Not bad. Searching is easy enough for most. My Purchase went smooth. But always room for improvement.

Pre-ordered my Note 10+ 5G and my email says to go to the app to get my Samsung voucher and it's no where to be found.

Downloaded the app from my iPhone 7 a few days ago because I’m about to switch back to Samsung so I wanted to make sure I knew which phone I wanted. Used the app only a couple of times and from then on when I pull up the “shop” selection in the menu options, “phones” is no longer an option. It won’t let me look at phone selections at all. It worked just fine the first couple of times but now something has happened to the app and i no longer see a possible selection to view smart phones at all. Aside from that the app seems easy to navigate but if I can’t look at phones then I’m kind of screwed because Samsung is currently offering a $200 discount on any phone and I called my local Verizon and they said it would only be possible to get the discount by GOING THROUGH Samsung to buy the phone...kind of lame since I’m unable to do so....
