No help/useless customer service

Samsung finance does not work. Now I got a hard pull on my credit for something I can never use. They will probably reply to this and say “speak to our e-commerce team for assistance!” Yeah no they are no help. Telling me to go buy elsewhere. Telling my to use my debit card now. Pathetic excuse of a company I will never be using them again. I made sure to ship to the billing address on Samsung finance to avoid issues and they just keep canceling orders. All my information matched to the dot. Will be reporting this whole incident to the BBB. PATHETIC!!! This needs 0 stars without a doubt.

App is completely useless. Registering products impossible even down to manual entry. Landing page in endless loop trying to load. Empty product descriptions. Errors in any checkout. Completely unusable.

I have had some issues with my Samsung so I purchased a new I phone, well my iPhone was fast challenging and by enabling all the cookies in the apps I received the wildest adventure. However my Samsung was the most reliable and productive, useful phone to date. If you only knew the stories between me and my phones. The videos have been taken the Samsung 10 to unbelievable limits. The app developers really utilize all the technology possibilities for me and my sons.
You’d think their own shopping app would be better

Slow, lethargic, broken. My Internet clocks in at around 300 Mbps and even then, their app loads pages slowly. Scroll down and half the time you get white space. Then more marketing information. Try to purchase and it’s just broken. Can’t even buy a tv through their app. So sad

The app does not work and Samsung has done nothing to fix it on iPhone. Might be time to change to a different brand that actually cares about its customers. And doesn’t just respond with sorry to hear that!
