Every time I login and check the tracking for an order. The link to track makes the app crash immediately when I select it.

I am a loyal Samsung customer. I recently upgraded my phone, I had a Samsung S10e and there was a great promotion on Samsung. I had to take full advantage of this... so I got my Samsung note 20 ultra. I went to the store to see if I could get it the same day, but unfortunately they sold out , I had to order one online. I am very happy with my purchase. I been staring at a small screen for too long... I can’t and will not stare at small screens after I switched to a note smartphone. The people who work in the store are very friendly and helpful. The order took a little longer to arrive because the phone is such in high demand... I can’t wait to try out the 5g capabilities once I go to an area with 5g connection. Overall a happy customer.

The developers need to realize being forced to use an app in vertical when you have the device in a horizontal case is beyond annoying. I tried to buy a Gear S3 frontier wearable and you can get all the way to buy now but the blue bar does NOTHING when you push it. The app is absolute garbage! Samsung how do you expect to sell anything to iPad users? I have a Samsung phone and will be forced to use it or a computer to purchase from your company directly. Not sure about that.....just wondering why you did away with the larger screen Note model with the new 10 series? ? P.S. I am David B......not anonymous pizza addict...not sure what wise crack pulled that witty name out of you know where?

Interesting after enjoying hdr 65 inch seen now you have 8k systems I want to buy, but your app after opening it I get locked screen sideways and cannot go beyond app is frozen.

I downloaded this app to view and possibly purchase a Samsung phone... And you can't even search for cell phones, phones, Note 8 or 9 on this app!!! But you can on the website on the computer...SMH. NEEDS TO BE FIXED

Samsung you were once my fav phone company till my note 9 couldnt get android PIE for some odd reason and erver since it got released i still dont have the update really bad OS updates

My Samsung account is not working right on this app! Why aren’t you selling or showing the phones through this app anymore!? You need to put back showing the phones on this app again now! And since the S10 came out you still did not add it back!
