Cannot adjust my name to another name when its a gift shipped to another state, nor is gift option (unmarked and gift wrapped) available like other online sites..disney needs to do an upgrade to compete with the online shopping world!!

Cancelled almost the entire order

Placed an order of gifts using the app and had to add a small item to qualify for free shipping. Everything goes through great. A few days later, I get a Sunday morning email saying that every item of the order except that small item was cancelled. Apparently, these items are now "in store only" even though I've purchased them before. Guess I don't qualify for free shipping either. So I call to cancel that last item but told, nope, its already shipped. I can return it if I pay the return shipping which is more than the item cost! Look, I love Disney as much as the next person but this app is a waste of time if you can't count in getting the items.

Frustrating length of time

I ordered something in the wee hours of the morning on a Tuesday. Come Sunday evening, the order was still “processing.” I called guest services to ask about it because it shouldn’t take that long to process. She tells me it’s only been three business days. Well since I ordered before business hours, it’s actually been four, if it’s Monday through Friday. I ask her how often orders are processed and shipped: “they’re processed every day but shipped on weekdays.” So if they’re processed every day, then it’s really been 6 business days that my order has been sitting as processing and that’s not even including shipping time. I ask her how long processing usually takes. “I don’t have an exact time frame for processing.” So even though it’s been almost a week since I placed my order, you can’t tell me how long it will take to actually ship it out? You all just wing it and hope it will get out in a decent amount of time? It’s one product. There’s no excuse to not having a specific processing time frame (eg 3-5 days for processing). I ask if it’s coming from the parks or a warehouse. It’s a warehouse but no clue from where but possibly Florida (I’m an FL resident). So bottom line the customer service is no help at all and the only answer that exists is “I don’t know.” We were ordering a gift as a surprise for my son and it was too big to buy in front of him without him seeing it and we live a few hours away so I can’t just quickly drive over to buy it. But this app makes it so inconvenient and the customer service is so unhelpful that it’s really not worth it. It’s only getting two stars because it’s useful when on property and being able to quickly locate a product...as long as it’s listed on the app, that is.

The worst app. Takes so long to process.

Easy To Find Items

Went to the park and unfortunately did not get everything I wanted from the shops. I saw things I wanted to gift to family that was hard to get when they were with me. Loaded the App. and did not have any problem finding most the items I was looking for. The last item I did not find I wish I would have thought of pulling up the app. and scanning the barcode when at the park, Which is a good idea. The only thing I think should be added is a Wish List option so U can save the items U are considering without having to put in The Bag or Remember how to find the item.
