I’ve played this app for years. Deleted it then redos loaded it recently. The words are cut off from the buttons, I cannot visit other islands as it just sits there and does nothing. Pictures are off of buttons as well and you cannot click on the right option to buy anything( bc you can’t see what the buttons say)!!! PLEASE UPDATE THE BUGS AND I WILL LOVE THIS GANE AGAIN.
Buildings, houses, crops, decor etc NOT LOADING.

I’ve played this game on all my devices for years. After installing it on my new iPhone 90% of the items placed in my game & in the Shop won’t load. In the game so can’t tell what buildings are what because they’re just black squares which takes away the fun of decorating the island & building new houses & buildings. It’s also hard to find anything in the Shop to finish quests because the lettering is so tiny & all the pictures of items is just a green loading icon & to make it worse there’s no tech support to contact to try to find out how to fix it.

This app is a joke! Nothing works right and I’ve requested support many times and the administrators don’t seem to care! It’s a shame because I do pay for upgrades and items to better my game play. I must not be important enough for their time! I’ll give it one more week and if I don’t get any response well, I guess it will be an easy click delete. Not wasting anymore time on a game they obviously don’t care about their customers.

I am unable to open the game. It is frozen on the opening scene. This happened a 2 years ago and I quit playing. When I decided to try it again I had to start the game over. At this site I can not update it just has open app, and it will not open.

Can’t seem to get violets island

When trying to preform the task of visiting violets island the game freezes and load nevera finish’s so I can’t visit that island.

This game was amazing but the fact they haven’t/won’t update it is frustrating. Please update it so it’s at least playable, it won’t even load :(
