Buildings, houses, crops, decor etc NOT LOADING. – Shipwrecked: Lost Island Review

I’ve played this game on all my devices for years. After installing it on my new iPhone 90% of the items placed in my game & in the Shop won’t load. In the game so can’t tell what buildings are what because they’re just black squares which takes away the fun of decorating the island & building new houses & buildings. It’s also hard to find anything in the Shop to finish quests because the lettering is so tiny & all the pictures of items is just a green loading icon & to make it worse there’s no tech support to contact to try to find out how to fix it.
