Some of the projects take a long time to finish and you don’t accumulate swords or money fast enough to get what you need. I completed some of the tasks to earn free coins and never received my coins. Timing is really bad when playing. Uninstalled

It’s hard to sort through add when you don’t know who is active or not I wish they would make a list of people who online that you can actually add cause you need neighbors for certain tasks. Also it would be a lot easier if the decorations was more organized theirs 900+ in decorations it should be separated by holidays buildings or whatever and such I’ve been looking for seawalls to add more and can’t even locate them trying to skim through so much can you make decorations section more organized for the people who still play and actually like the game

Trying to play but game is loading slowly

Game needs major improvements. Downloaded the game on iPhone 8 which is only a few months old and software is updated regularly. Clicked the game to start loading it and it go to the Halfway point and then stops loading. Seriously..? Why have a game and advertise for it if it’s not going to even function properly. Please fix the loading of the game so users can enjoy trying the game out. So far not impressed

I recently just downloaded this game and i have an iphone 11 the app will not let me open at all i push on it then wait for it to load i have been waiting for 30 minutes for it to open and doesnt i have uninstalled and reinstalled and it stil doesnt work what do i do to fix it?..

It won’t let me visit others. If I have a quest to grow ex: corn when I choose the corn it picks another vegetable. It does the same on all the houses,decorations and buildings. I’ve played this game for years and loved it but something is very wrong.
I can’t add friends and the game isn’t across my Apple devices

Do I have to start 2 separate islands? I downloaded the app on my iPhone and it starting me from the beginning as if I don’t have an account already. My iPad and iPhone uses the same email, information etc. I can’t add friends from FB, it’s says it’s underdevelopment so I’m stuck on a mission that requires friends, also the App support link doesn’t work. It’s like this game is outdated and it’s not releasing new updates.

The wording is off, when I go to the store and click on a building to buy I have to click on the building next to it in order to get the one I want. Please fix
