Once satisfied user.

Won’t let me sign in, keeps giving me an error code but I can log in on my laptop but not my phone... get it together.

Only Chase Pay !?!?! Why ????

Seriously, it’s 2018, there’s a million different payment options available but this stupid app will only take Chase Pay. Wasted time signing up.

I cannot believe Shell created an app to pay for gas that you can only use if you have a Chase Visa card. Thanks, but I guess I will stick with Exxon’s app that lets me use the cards I want to use.

Shell app that won’t allow you to pay their own card. You have to link a Chase card to use the app.

This app commits several sins. The worst one is that there is a strict relationship with Chase that prohibits people who don’t use Chase from using the app. Are they payments from Chase worth it from the lost business? This is a poor business decision, especially in light of all the card skimmers that are out there and that this is pushing users like me to use apps compatible with the pay system in my device so I do not have to present my card to the machine (and have the information stolen). Other sins include asking you to scroll down a long list of countries to identify what country you are in - and then it asks for permission to locate you. Huh? I would think the country one is in is fairly self-evident from the location one is using the app. For well traveled Europeans, one can have a ‘chose your home country’ option if that is different from the country in which you initialized the app. Honestly, that’s poor design. After I discovered that this app needed a Chase account, which I don’t have, to function, I uninstalled it, and installed the Exxon app, which uses the wallet function for payment. That app works seamlessly with the pump, and I’ll have to use their fuel until you guys get your app sorted out.

Come on people. This is shell mobile app but can only use chase pay? That's just wrong. I love this app but have to put 1 star because of this. At least make it payable with shell credit card. I'll leave 1 star until it fix.

I downloaded the app but deleted it after I started registering. I was allowed to chose a decent password but when I came to the Q/A I had to choose real words (no special characters or numbers). In case you don’t know that’s what got yahoo! In trouble). Change the Q/A to allow special characters and numbers and I’ll give it a real try.

Chase pay is the only payment option. Shell is on average 5 cents more a gallon so with this app and chase pay (whatever that is) it brings the price down to the other stations. Give me a break. I had much higher expectations for this app but after this I'm going to change where I buy my gas totally. I better not have all my info being sold after signing up! AVOID!!

Just keeps saying error as does the first persons review. Keeps taking me back to the same screen doing the same thing over and over again.
