Confusing App

They updated the app & it’s far more complicated than it needs to be. Just give us the coupons to add & make sure they work at check out. They don’t often work & you will be stuck at customer service. Focus on reducing in store cost & product selection. No one understands the U rewards, how they work or why no points show after you’ve shopped.

Since my Shaw’s app was updated this morning it will not open. It keeps shutting down ugh

I have sent emails as a comment but don’t get a reply. I select send email receipt in the settings on your app and don’t get an email after shopping. I check the settings again and I find it defaulted to off. The paper receipt that is given to you at the register takes a accountant to understand!

Don’t waste your time. First you have to search through hundreds of coupons and manually add the ones you want. Hurry to the store before they expire. Then when you get there to use the savings, it doesn’t go through. Just doesn’t work!!! No savings, nothing.

The new update makes my app crash. It loaded perfectly fine yesterday. Gets updated today and now it won’t even open.

Please explain how this works on my Moblie phone you don’t explain much or anyway to use this you just want out email address and phone numbers , are do we know this it’s not a scam, plus how can I get the weekly flyer to my house..I shop their two three times a week so if can save money I’m all for it so please do a better way of explaining this please please.

The app is not user friendly. It is a waste of time. The weekly ad they used to have that looked the the paper made the app worth it. On top of all of that the stores are never stocked with foods they advertise as being on sale.

The app was just fine but since the new version came out, I can’t get the weekly ads, especially the 3 day sales. It’s so frustrating to look up what is on sale. Can you go back to adding the 3 day sale previews on Thursdays?

Although this app does have the store flyer, I can usually find it online before appears in the app, frustrating when I’m trying to plan my list and a shopping trip. Receipt storage would be invaluable.
