Hard to use

Needs better filters and, when I look at the details of a coupon, it takes me back out to the TOP of the list. Ugh.

I've had problems getting into the this app! I haven't been getting a flyer from the Store these past couple of weeks and I don't know what's going on or on sale! So I was hoping to get into the app while shopping yesterday, but it wasn't available!! What good is that? Not Happy with this app!

I think the coupons should be in order. Place all cleaning products together, and personal items together and so on. This would make it faster to find coupons that you maybe looking for.

Fails to work too often

When it works, it's a nice way to shop and avoid clipping coupons. But far too often items bought that have mymixx savings get cashed out without the discount. It's generally fine if I was buying the thing anyway, but sometimes I try things only because of the coupon savings. And it's too much of a hassle to go to customer service every time.

No way of checking what is in the store. No way of modifying the item name and category. App Updates uncheck all items. Previously checked items are unchecked.

Why can't I buy fish

I use the Groton store. I like the store and the people are friendly. I have been resisting going to the new Market Basket but I may start soon. I enjoy fish and Shaw's has a wonderful fish section but it is never manned. I've stood there for 10 minutes and it's like a ghost town. How do they expect to sell what they have if there is no one manning the area. This is very frustrating and has me considering being a former customer

I'm just trying to make a new list and every time I go to a new screen it asks me if I want to review the app. So I gave in and you get one star because I am overall not that impressed with it.

Clipping coupons is annoying

I would rather do it on the website. On the app if you do it and drill into the item, when you go back out it resets to the top of the list and you have to scroll all the way back to where you were.

Mymixx rewards???

I had 10 gas rewards on the app but when I went to the gas station it said I had none. I called the customer service number and told them and they did fix it (days later). Now it's happened again. My app says that I have 5 gas rewards but when I went to get gas it says I have none. This is very frustrating. Please fix this glitch or don't offer the rewards
