New version is a bust

The Jan 2018 forced update takes away a very nice app and replaces it with a poorly designed user experience. The view of the weekly paper sales circular no longer exists.

This new update is terrible. The functionality and everything about it. The weekly ad view is horrible, it doesn't seem like your even viewing the weekly ad. Bring back the older version you could see the ad and 3 day sales.

I am very tech savvy, so maneuvering an app is not hard. The problem with this is that it is, in simple words, a complete mess and waste of time. Where are the flyer views?? This is not user friendly for anyone as I don’t think anyone has hours to just look at the specials!! I am very disappointed. The previous app was wonderful, it did have flaws, but minor to what they were. Shaw’s, you are no longer a supermarket I wish to shop at, starting with your prices skyrocketing. You have lost one of your most loyal customers that spent at least $100/week. If you fix this, I might consider you again.

I have tried to get this app to work since the update and it still will not upload offers. I clip deals close the app and go back in and they are no longer selected. I might as well give up and delete app all together.

Won’t load offers and I got NADA! ?

I’ve had to delete and re-download this app 3X in the past couple days. Crashes, wont load offers and when I thought it did, I got NO discounts! This is awful! Should not have discontinued the old one til u knew this one works!

I have tried numerous times to update the password and it has not worked! Finally updated because I had to reset the password on the computer. I hate that I can’t see the actual flyer!

Number one being able to see the flyer itself has two advantages it has the mix and match specials separated and it’s much easier to navigate the deals one might need to survive. 2- with this redesign a shopper is not able to specify the amount of any particular item you might need a certain amount of for a particular deal there may be. 3. The weekend sales don’t scream at you like the flyer does. I hope these reviews get to someone that matters. I’m seriously thinking about changing grocers.

Very disappointed with there update. I liked being able to look at the full ad on the app and I liked being able to sign in with Facebook but since then I have been on hold for 30 minuets at a time and given up because it will not allow me to use my phone. I absolutely hate the new lay out

Bring back previous flyer view

I use this app primarily to see the weekly sales flyers. This update doesn’t seem to have a way to view them as printed (as the previous one did). I have to go to the website to view the ad, which defeats the purpose of having the app.

Hate the app layout

Since the recent update the new layout is buggy and awful. Been using this app for a couple of years and it is now deemed unusable. Bummer.
