Why this app doesn’t work is because when the small earthquakes were happening I didn’t even see nothing in the app and it says it will alert you but it didn’t alert me

After the recent(two weeks ago) earthquake that happened I thought that I would get an alert like an amber alert, but nothing happened. Not even a buzz or beep. This app is supposed to save lives right??? So who ever developed this app needs to get back on XCode and fix this because it’s not ready yet, but I better be soon because those of us that have this app go it because it was supposed to be useful.

Thank you USGS and City of Los Angeles lowering the threshold of 4.5 and indemnity shaking of 3. This is good start. Now let’s wait for a earthquake to see if it works.

Thanks for the reply, but 2 suggestion. Don’t take feedback on a third party platform “Twitter” that requires an account. Second if the demo video sound is accurate you should change the sound from the default phone alarm sound. No option to provide feedback. No test button to see what this is going to do in a real emergency. It will probably take me longer to figure out what alert cane in not knowing what it will do than any advantage to knowing shaking is about to start. Also drop location services. This is an LA app and should trigger for LA period and not require location services.

Didn’t even alert me when I was experiencing the 6.3 and the 7.1 earth quake that happened not too long ago. Bull crap app
