I tried every possible combination. I uninstalled and installed the App several times and I have the latest version of the OS. The App doesn’t give me an option neither at the startup nor in the menu to sign in... Please fix, this is useless...

Don’t waste you $$ with them, they’re scammers, you are going to pay for a non working service. Sling or dish network wont assist you even though you used their platform to buy shahid, they will only direct you to shahid customer service, here you will enter a maze, no help or whatsoever, they will drag for days and days and they wont fix nothing at all. Save your money, these are scammers and should be reported to the better business bureau. Thieves Ps: im thinking a class action, these people need to be sued.

I have question!! If you dont support the airplay becasue you are supporting LG smart tv, why I cant find any app on their store?! . There is no Shahid app with LG smart TV. Another thing, why all the videos for the the movies not working?! The model of the TV , LG - 65" Class (64.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range Model: 65SJ8500 From United States I talked to LG store and they said you its not on their store, and you have to add supporting it to LG

I paid for sling and when I went to the app it’s not working . It says ^technical error^ I emailed the technical support and it took them so long to answer ,and I’m still waiting for them to resolve the problem it’s been 5 days without fixing the issues !! . They told me to contact ^Silling^ . Which I did and they said they can’t do anything the problem from the app !! And they can’t return my money and they canceled the service so they stole my money. انصح بعدم تنزيل البرنامج ولا الاشتراك فيه حراميه يبوقون فلوسكم ومايرجعونها والبرنامج مايساعدونك اذا صار شي والموقع ألي تدفع عن طريقه راح يسرق فلوسك ولا يرجعها لو صار اي شي !
