I can’t login to my account

I can’t log in to my account I kept getting an error message and telling to contact customer service

Tech team , I am subscriber of Shahid VIP , there is an issue with a new update , keep log me out and now did not take my username and password , the app icon has been changed. Also, there is now technical team here in US . I have this issue 10/31/2021 .

I been a customer since Ramadan and now they charge me and stopped working i’ve been texting customer support no respond

Doesn’t let you login sometimes. Tells you you don’t have an account sometimes when you do. Constantly says contact customer care. If any other app had the same programs I would subscribe to that. What a shame

Please fix the glitches in the app, Sometime some episodes doesn’t appear, Now I got logged out and I can’t log back in.

App keeps giving error

I paid for the yearly membership and it worked for 2 days then it logged me out with error everytime I try to login. Followed all the steps that the automated support system advised it did not work. When someone replies after 8-9 hours it’s in a time different zone and if you do not respond, they close theh conversation without solving anything. If it works, App is nice, but customer support is bad.

They will collect money but kick you out of the membership and ask you to join… THEY COLLECTED OCT 25th it is Nov 2nd! DO NOT DO YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF YOUR MONEY & WHATSAPP CS WILL NOT RESPOND PERIOD!

After switching to a new iphone, app stopped working on the phone and on AppleTV, asking me to contact customer support. I have a full paid subscription and I haven’t heard anything back from them yet. I think I’ll cancel my membership. It’s shame because my family and I enjoyed the shows.

لما احد يشترك في باقه رياضيه ما الداعي ، ما الاسباب و المسببات لطلب مبالغ اضافيه لمشاهده احداث رياضيه العمل اشترك فيها (في نفس الباقه) خلوا عنكم الشحاذه ، معد بجدد الاشتراك تقييم زفت لو فيه تقييم اقل من نجمه او تقييم سالب بعطيكم هوا
