Can’t log in to app using Sling account

This is the worst app from a TV network that I have ever used (as a chord cutter I regularly use: Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, DirecTV Now, HBO Go, ABC, NBC, Fox Now, Disney Now...you get the idea). Issues: 1. I can’t log in using my Sling TV account: I press “تابع" and nothing happens. Yes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 2. I can’t project from iOS to my AppleTV. Don’t say you’re working on it - you’ve been saying that for over a year. 3. No AppleTV app. Seriously? This is 2018 and you’re a TV network - hire a company to write an AppleTV app for you if you don’t have the in-house capability to do so. Get your act together, it’s embarrassing for the premier Arab TV network to have such a bad app.

So frustrating I am unable to login although I have a sling subscription. I am unable to login on my shahid app on my iPad. Please resolve the issue it’s not as if this is a free service! I pay to have access

Seems like they have finally fixed it and I was able to sign in to Plus and watch on my iPhone. Thank you customer support for promptly responding to all of my email.

Can't login to shahid app

I have samsung tv and I uninstall the app and rei nstall it but still can't sign up no option on the app to sign out and sign back in. Always stuck at I didn't have access to watch, so I got apple tv and guess what there was no app for it and using airplay with my iPhone will not rotate screen. This app is just lame. The app just out dated.

I have deleted it and reinstalled it and the app is still not working. You do realize we are paying for this and it’s not a free app. You need to sort your stuff before people start walking away from the app. It was amazing when it was simple and for free and now it’s horrible. Please fix
