App keeps giving error – Shahid - ﺷﺎﻫﺪ Review

I paid for the yearly membership and it worked for 2 days then it logged me out with error everytime I try to login. Followed all the steps that the automated support system advised it did not work. When someone replies after 8-9 hours it’s in a time different zone and if you do not respond, they close theh conversation without solving anything. If it works, App is nice, but customer support is bad.
