Has it for two months very slow and when I logged out from the TV I couldn’t login anymore when I need help you have to have what’s up to talk to customer service so disappointed

I am not able to login using Sling TV credentials, I have contacted Sling support team they told me it’s Shahid issues, now I am trying to contact Shahid they never responded to my email very unprofessional and I am so disappointed.

I have problems log in my iPhone iPad and the app can’t even link the phone with Samsung TV. I am getting charged through iTunes while app doesn’t have updates for the last six months. The website has no links to sign in even if I use a different browser. It can only sign others who have sling or dish network. I have written to customer support and called them twice. They promised to fix the problem but nothing in effect. Hope you fix your website and the App as I can imagine many people liked it Thank you

Can't get the app to accept the code from my samsung tv to access, after the new update when i put the access code for the tv to my shahid app, it keep tilling me that my tv cant be found!!!??? So what I'm doing wrong witches it was working fine before the newest update

تطبيق فاشل جداً وبطيء وسيء للغايه وتحسفت اني اشتركت فيه كذلك إذا اشتركت اشتراك شهري ، لا يتم تفعيل الاشتراك وذلك نسبة لبطء التطبيق وسيئ للغاية

For two days now, I have too much troubles using the App. It always says that I need to be a shahid plus member to see the contents. I log in using my sling account and it says welcome and in two seconds it logs me out.
