I frequently use Server Admin and have for quite some time now. Since the last couple of updates, I frequently receive time out messages when trying to view the CPU, network and Volume graphs. The only fix is to power cycle my phone. Then it will work again for part of the day until the time out message appears again. This only affects the graphs. Nothing else in the app times out. If they fix this, I will happily increase my rating!

I bought a Mac Mini to build an HTPC box—the Mini came with OS X Server, which I didn't really want. Over a year of ownership, I learned just how powerful and easy the Mini is to set up my own private cloud services: private web proxy, email, VPN, VNC, calendaring, addressing, chat, web server—the works. I use this little app all the time for checking status, backups, logs, HTPC disk usage, and most everything else. It's very close to five stars if it could replicate useful Server Admin functionality like updates and restarts, all with opt-in security settings.

I'm surprised that apple didn't write this first. This is an excellent tool. Can't wait for lion support!!

This app has saved me from breaking out my laptop more times than I can count. I am able to restart a single process from the control panel or monitor a log. Thanks for a great utility.

I use this tool all the time to check on my server, particularly for log file reviewing. The interface is clean and friendly. I also love the ability to turn off a service remotely in the event of an emergency.

I should give it a 5 as it does everything it claims. We can quickly check server status, logins, security logs, and more. Vital stats quickly and reliably. Lion version took a bit to come out, but it is working well. If you work with an apple server, you will be satisfied.

Does exactly what it says. Would love to see a WGM companion and built on SSH/VNC instead of buying another. Love it though, makes monitoring and remote rebooting a breeze.

The ability to not only monitor but restart specific services and read through the logs makes this app more than just a few graphs and ip addresses. OS X servers only, but because of the exclusivity it works very well.
