Need an app update for the new iPhones

Need more frequent updates and a new update for the newer iPhones like the iPhone X also I can’t transfer money to my reserve account to my main account
Crashing

The app is no longer working on my phone! Even after restarting, when I open it , it closes immediately. Do not know what to do, how I can put the checks if the app does not work?!
Money Transfer issues

For that past couple of weeks . It has been an extreme issue using the mobile app, transferring money from main account to savings. It won’t allow me to drag down nor up. The inconvenience is out of this world. Have to login through cell phone internet search engine just to make transactions. As a long time member, please fix issue.
Money Transfers from Checking to Reserve

App works great EXCEPT when I need to transfer money from checking to reserve or vice versa it does not work! I have to go to the web browser to transfer funds on my iPhone XS MAX.
Fix the transfer!!

The app and the entire SERVE process was great .. until recently. Now money in my reserve account is essentially STUCK. Because it won't let me transfer funds in or out of the account. From one long time customer to a business ... PLEASE FIX. I'll happily write a 5-star review afterwards.

I’ve reported the major bug involving the “Drag to Submit” functionality — meaning you can’t transfer money between the main account and subaccounts — several times to AmEx. Their reps claim no bugs have been no reported and the app is just perfect. They suggest I reinstall it, and when I tell them I’ve done that nine times and that it doesn’t do anything, they robotically say, “You should reinstall it.” Judging by the slew of recent reviews mentioning this specific bug, I think they’re sticking their heads in the sand. So, stay well away from this app if you own an XS. Bizarre behavior on the part of AmEx. Update: A new version came out last week (April). Don’t bother trying it if you have an iPhone XS. *Still* have not fixed the Drag to Submit function — after three months. I’m kind of shaking my head in disbelief with these developers and American Express.
Transferring Money between accounts

I LOVE the Serve Card & have no major complaints, but 1, upon upgrading to my XS Max, I've noticed that I'm unable to move money to my Reserve Account because it doesn't allow me to drag between the two accounts. Please fix this!!!

I very much enjoy this card. My friends and family have this card and we all love it. The money transfer option is very helpful. Family and friends with the card out of state need a little help? No problem I’m able to send them money with no charge. I believe the bank transfer is great too. I’ve had this serve card for about 6-7 years now. I love this prepaid card. I recently upgraded my card to the cash back one and it’s been great to me so far.
