They are well aware of this problem and even after this new update— this function still does not work! Which makes it extremely inconvenient to transfer money between your sub accounts and reserve. Very disappointing!

The app has been great but after updating the app two days ago I haven’t been able to transfer money between my main account and my reserve account. Please help

This is frustrating this is been not working for the last couple months when you try to transfer funds from main to a sub account The slider does not move it has no motion totally needs to be reprogrammed this is a bad coding job that needs to be fixed so sick and tired of having to login to the main regular site on the web just to transfer money what’s the point of having this app if it’s not working correctly please fix it!!!

They decided to get tricky with a fancy UX where you drag a circle to transfer funds. Of course, it doesn’t work any more. Really frustrating.

American Express steals your money. They make it so hard for you to dispute any transactions that you did not authorize. They will hold your money and never give it back. You have to wait hours on the phone to dispute a transaction and even after waiting for so long, the call loses connection and you end up giving up on getting your money back. The customer reps that you do end up talking to..ends up knowing nothing. Just stick to your bank card where your money will be safe.
