I think that the app should have more than two tickets they should be like four or five like I said I love but I think they should be more tickets

This app is great, has amazing stories, the effects are great, BUT in order to make major events happen in your stories your have to use gems and you only get a limited amount then you’d have to buy them and it’s 5 dollars for 65 gems which give you the equivalent of two major events most of the time and that could be used in one episode. I understand you’re trying to make money but geez, lower the price or the gem total a little and more people would continue to play.

The game is a good idea but very expensive. To make the choice you want you have to spend at least a$1.99. And there are many. So you basically don’t have any choice.

The stories are very interesting and i enjoy using the app. The only thing i don’t like is how long you have to wait for tickets plus you barely get any chance of getting diamonds especially when the choices are expensive.

I love this series story! Breakfast club is my favorite and read it twice and plan on more. It’s really cool that you can create your own avatar and put them into the story. The downfall is the amount of gems and it costs alot of money. And tickets i had to buy them cuz I couldn’t wait 2 hours for the next ticket either for the next episode or if i re-played the episode cuz I didn’t like the outcome. This would be so much better if: 1: you have a subscription like $2.99 a month for unlimited amount of playing stories and $4.99 a month for unlimited story play and unlimited gems. 2: if you already played a story you should be able to play it again without having to use tickets. I love how you don’t have to re-use gems that you already used, but having unlimited access to re-play without tickets would be great! This is the best episode game that ive played. But if one of those 2 ideas were put into effect it would be the only one id play!

while this app is very fun, the tickets take 3 hours to fill up . and after said 3 hours it only gives you one ticket , and the episodes are mega short . and it doesn’t have a very wide variety in story selections

well tbh i really love this game my favorite episode is sixteen candles :) i’m hooked but the problem is the bugs in the game there terrible i’m usually not the one that rights reviews but this time i had too everytime i finish a story a bug pops up it tells me to restart and check my connection when my connection is totally fine ughh i was on the verge of deleting this but i didn’t wanna start over my favorite episode ...

Charged me 28 gems and I never received the clothing

The game charged me 28 gems for an outfit for the Law and Order series and I never received it. I messaged you guys about it and I got a response but after I replied to that response the game won’t load anymore once I click the app it instantly says error starting game and then says “Restart game” but the game won’t actually restart. I need my 28 gems back or my money.

I clicked the $5 gem bundle and used my finger print to pay. Didn’t think twice since I clicked the $5 bundle. Then it charged me $100 and they WONT refund my money. Absolutely terrible game and customer service.
