I have been using the mobile app for a few weeks now and I am so pleasantly surprised. The fact that you get a Cha-Ching notification every time you make a sale is so cool and so encouraging for a new seller on Amazon. Highly recommended suite of software‘s that are all available for one price, not counting the email campaign portion of the software. I have been having a lot of fun learning about all the analytics and I look forward to the soon coming updates!

Close, but not perfect

I want to love this app, but the place I want to use it most is on my iPad because this is my laptop on the go. However, when using this app on iPad it will not turn to landscape orientation and can only be used vertically. You might think that’s not a big deal, but if you have your iPad connected in a case with a keyboard, then it makes it very cumbersome also having your keyboard flopping vertically to the side. Hopefully they can make this app support landscape mode in the future, then I’ll be likely to use it more, but for now I’m going to pass on switching from the free version until it’s in a format that I can readily use with ease. I also wish there were more ways for me to filter out my order lists from FBA versus non-FBA orders and more date range filtering. For example: adding a few toggle switches in the headers of different lists like the “recent orders” list on the main dashboard to allow to toggle between things like FBA, Merchant, ALL I think this app has a lot of potential, but for it’s current functionality I do think the pricing tiers are a bit on the high side. I think me and many more newer sellers would be much more likely to step into a paying tier if there were some lower paid tiers that I could start with then graduate into the higher paying tiers.

I can see that this would be an excellent App. But they are not up front about this being a 30 day trial. Credit card is required and they do not share how much they will charge after 30 days.

Horrible update our app keep bug daily and cant see anymore daily sales by asin, after setting up their feedback tool to DO NOT SEND OLD EMAILS FOR OLD ORDERS- it still sent over 5,000 emails and i got block lifetime for proactive messaging on amazon. CUSTOMER SERVICE ANSWER AFTER A MONTH!! All my team canceled subscription for same issues.. Updated- got contacted and we fixed issues!
