I had this app for years. After the update last week, my orders aren't showing until hours after placed sometimes, or not at all. I have to hit the buttons repeatedly and really hard to get anything to open or move (hitting the arrow to change the date took me at least one minute of tapping) and the writing is super small. They packed too much into it and it's almost unreadable. Plus there no time listed in an order, so that's an issue too. Ironically when I quit my account and tried to leave feedback as to why....the button to submit it wouldn't work. Touché!
Too much useless information

Amazon has 2 mobile apps. I used to love this one as it was easy to see new orders, what needs to be shipped, pending. Now it's not so easy to see these things and the app is almost identical to the free version. Disappointed in the update. If I want all this info, I will log into my account to see it. What I need in a mobile app is to be able to see things quick and easy.

Total redesign of formerly a so-so application into a total junk update that now has nothing, free amazon app doesn't have. Order list is overloaded with unnecessary data making it hard to calculate number of orders. The only thing it could easily have is actual profit calculator - at least. But no, not there. All other metrics that amazon native app already offers for free is there, but not. Tons of bugs. I inly used this app for simple way to see order number, that's it. Now they tried to upgrade, but they are obviously CLUELESS what sellers really need in such app. Fail.
