I’ve always been a skeptic with all apps. I’m not very computer savvy at all. I always seemed to be overwhelmed with what information is useful and what is just numbers thrown together. This app is super user friendly. If you can navigate an iPhone, you can navigate this app. Worth the time and money to help you and your business grow. I would highly recommend any seller of any age or experience level to use this SellerMobile app. It’s made a difference for me and my business, it might do the same for you.

Total junk update

Total redesign of formerly a so-so application into a total junk update that now has nothing, free amazon app doesn't have. Order list is overloaded with unnecessary data making it hard to calculate number of orders. The only thing it could easily have is actual profit calculator - at least. But no, not there. All other metrics that amazon native app already offers for free is there, but not. Tons of bugs. I inly used this app for simple way to see order number, that's it. Now they tried to upgrade, but they are obviously CLUELESS what sellers really need in such app. ————— Update for latest version: My paid membership apparently dropped for no reason. Much more data is available finally. Not organized in a best way it a huge improvement over basic version. The new order red circle is very annoying - not working since 2016, still not working. Whenever there is a new order, you open it up and the new order red badge is supposed to disappear, but it never does. Raising two stars for latest update. App had improved.
Good but needs to be fixed.

Seems to only work sometimes and does not show all the orders. It is beyond understanding why seller would be charged for using it ? Shame.

Such a quick way to get notice of orders as they happen & are in pending. I love seeing canceled orders too. Some if the previous criticisms I believe were due to their settings being off. Haven't tried inventory etc yet.

Would have given 5 stars but notifications don't seem to work much, but if you open the app all the info is there. Very convenient.
