So disappointed I can hardly describe. I had wonderful photos stored here and when I got a new phone they were lost! I can’t get them back. On top of losing everything you wanted to charge me. What for? Nothing left.

Normally I’ve able to get into the app just fine but lately it won’t let me get in at all I can’t even type in the code before it immediately redirects me to my music app please help me out here

Logged in today after not accessing for a while and all of the files I had are gone! I’ve tried everything and it appears I’m just at a loss.

I’ve been locked out and I really need help there is no way for me to get back my albums of pics and videos ect
