I lost All my videos and pictures and I paid for storage!! I’m done. Not dealing with you guys anymore!! Those videos were very important! I am so hurt and disappointed!

I’ve lost all the files twice now because I upgraded my phone. Once you upgrade, the files are lost. Quality is downgraded permanently upon import as well.
