I have been trying to reset my password for weeks, did send an email to seller and I haven’t had any response, I’m very disappointed

So on my previous iPhone 6 I was able to use the app without any problems. I was really happy with the app and how it worked. However I just upgraded to the iPhone 8 and reinstalled the app. After I put in my correct 4 digit pin I could see the photo screen load. However a ad pops up over my photos telling me that I have to get the premium app in order to access my photos. There is a restore button on the top right but when I press it, it starts to load and then the ad returns. The only way to get out the ad is to press “upgrade” and put in my info. I will not be upgrading at all I will just use another free photo app.

There seems to be no way to use the app for free. They require you to sign up for a 3 day trial with no option to opt out and no way to access a free version of the app.

The app doesn’t allow you to use any features. The first screen that flashes once you install the app is payment and purchase screen. The app misleads the user to believe it is a free app with limited features makes you download and then FORCES you with buying it. They should advertise as a paid app. This is nothing but FRAUD where the app advertises as a free app makes people download it later to be found that only in app purchases can be made using that free app. Apple please take a note of this kind of FAKE advertising.

The app seems to work okay if you’re willing to pay the steep subscription price. However, it’s not very subtle. Anyone poking around on your phone will see an app called “Secret Album”. I know at least one competing product (Gallery Vault) that has a more subtle name and icon. I do like the cloud backup feature of this app, but I’m not sure if that alone justifies the cost.

Never did i purchased premium. It was just charged to my card. I never even signed up. I would like my money back.

I got this album app because it was the only one that didn’t make me pay to use it. I had photos saved in here for fitness progress photos and I went it right now, and it MADE me sign up for one month of free trial to then be charged $50 a month after. I agreed so I could just get my photos back and delete my account. To my surprise, my photos are all gone! I’m so so so upset now I can’t track my beginning progress AND I have to figure out how to delete my subscription. So disappointed
